episode 2 – fried rice and sake sangria

in the second episode of eating in, native frenchman cyril joins new york city gal, lindsey, for some non-takeout fried rice. seems like lindsey and cyril hit it off, and the sake sangria was a great ice breaker. i could see a future with these two as long as no cilantro is involved! check it out and tell us how you think it went!

i was most curious about what kind of knife she uses? it appears to be plastic or perhaps made of some sort of polycarbonate material from the future. what is it? how much does it cost to time travel and why did you only bring back a knife?

Awwww. Cyril is so cute and a good sport when his mouth was ambushed with cilantro!! Lindsey should invite him back to share the leftovers!
    I love Eating In.

So cute! I loved it. I went to elementary school with Lindsey years ago and it was fun seeing her in action. I would love the recipe for the rice, it looked delicious!
